BIShare, by the numbers

Figures are queried live from the production database on each visit. “Unique users” counts distinct transfer senders — the core product needs no account. Downloads began being recorded recently, so that total accrues from here. App downloads are first-time installs as reported by the App Store and Google Play, a day or two behind. Active app users are installs opened in the last 30 days, counted without any device identifier. Stored bytes and the cost beside them are calculated, not billed: we multiply what we are holding right now by Cloudflare's published rates. Transfers expire after 6–24 hours, so both swing day to day. Bandwidth out costs nothing, which is why the whole service runs for the price of a lunch.
